my cookbooks

I watched the movie Julie/Julia & I'm inspired. Not to master the art of French Cooking. Too many foods involved, that I would never cook. But I do sell cookbooks on Ebay-Valerie2901 and I enjoy cooking so much. My family and friends ask me when my own cookbook will be finished. But there are 3 cookbooks, almost finished. Like Julia Child, I try and re-try recipes. So here is my blog diary. Maybe someday, someone will read this, maybe not, but it my creation, like my un-published, un-finished cookbooks. The day before yesterday, I made a pear pie. While making it, I thought oh-my-god, this smells better than sex. But when completed, it still needs work. Sex is still better, but working with almond extract/or almond paste comes to a close second.
